When we met George he was chasing an unrealistic ‘lean’ goal. We know, striving for this over a long period of time doesn’t always work out best. Especially for your health, training performance & overall wellbeing.

We explained there is more to health & training than restrictive eating!

We then worked on assessing George’s current training we noticed he was overtraining. So, we stepped in and tapered his program down to 4 days to enhance better recovery which resulted in better performance in & outside the gym.

We built George’s calories up and he felt the changes straight away, his body responded very well. Physically & mentally he was able to enjoy training again and noticed the affects it had on his physique.

We were able to find a realistic baseline before structuring a proper fat loss phase which meant we were able to lose 14kgs in 14 weeks! Now we are now able to train harder for longer which George loves!

George says this is the leanest and best he’s ever felt. It wasn’t easy but he didn’t expect it to be! He can’t wait for what’s to come.

After putting on an extraordinary amount of weight after having a baby I realised I was going to need a serious push and shove to help me get it back off.
