Alessandro has been servicing the Inner West in the fitness industry now for over 7 years!  He has helped over 500 individuals become healthier, stronger and happier.

Alessandro’s main specialities are weight loss & bodybuilding, however, he also targets functional training, rehabilitation, nutrition, programming & sports specific training!

Alessandro is competitive by nature. Some of his biggest achievements include playing competitive football overseas and competing in the ICN bodybuilding competition, achieving 4 placings in his first ever show.

MEET Paul – OUR SUPERSTAR PT WHO STRIVES TO MAKE YOU FEEL GREAT & CHALLENGED WITH EACH & EVERY SESSION!

Paul has been active all his life, it’s been part of his upbringing and hobbies. Fitness is something he has always valued very much. Paul, who is currently a Semi-Professional football player who plays in NPL 1 League & is also a football analyst.

Paul’s philosophy is simple, “When there is an opportunity, we must prevail and succeed at any cost.” No is not an option in his world, which is why it makes him the trainer he is today!

Paul’s love for health & fitness is second to none, he has a strong passion for people who are starting out and are currently looking to improve their awareness around health & fitness. 

Paul has always aspired to become a coach/mentor to others who need that “X factor” in their life.

Paul’s specialities range from;

  • Building a solid foundation to execute & strengthen weak points, as well as transitioning clients into new strength phases. 
  • People looking to adopt new lifestyle habits which can help them feel better, look better and perform at the highest level in their life.
